GIACOMINI

Company Domus is motivated to improve project’s architectural appearance, to raise building energy efficiency, to increase safety standards and introduce the BMS (Building Management System). Instead of an individual system, Domus focuses on a completely new, modern centralized system for heating and conditioning and completely exempts building façade from pipes and lockers. Double linear Heat Interface Units (HIU) with electronic regulation of the world leader - the Italian company GIACOMINI are used in project Domus Chavchavadze 49 for central heating and domestic hot water distribution. Self-modulating circulators of the GIACOMINI units are complying with ErP Directive (2009/125/EC). Due to reduction of the flow rate requested from the primary line, and reduction of the primary return temperatures GIACOMINI units are highly energy saving but stand out with high working parameters
